MTC, Inc. is the official housing agent for the 2008 HBA GLOBAL EXPOSITION & EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE. For your convenience, hotel reservations can be made on the website at www.mtcreservations.com, which is available 24 hours – 7 days a week or via email at bookit@mtcreservations.com. If you experience difficulty making your reservations on line, or have questions concerning the hotels, MTC can be reached toll free at 866-549-3985.

These rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotels directly. Rates will remain in effect until August 18, 2008 (Subject to Availability). In order to access the hotel information and complete your reservation, you must first enter the access code in the box indicated on the screen in order to activate the submit button.This access code is listed in the exhibitor and attendee literature. If you have not yet registered for the 2008 HBA GLOBAL EXPOSITION & EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE, please call MTC directly for assistance.

Group Hotel Accomodations

If you are part of a group attending the show and require five (5) or more rooms, please download the accommodations form available on www.mtcreservations.com. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by email or fax. Early booking is suggested to ensure your first choice hotel. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.
