What are the Show Floor Hours?
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Tuesday, September 9, 10:00am – 5:00pm

What are the Conference Hours?

Is there a Keynote Address?
Dr. Nicholas Perricone will be presenting the HBA 2008 Keynote on Tuesday, September 9, 9:00am – 10:00am.
What are the registration hours?

What is the attendee fee structure?
Fee to attend exhibits only is $25.00 for all three days if registered before August 12, 2008. After August 12, 2008, the fee to attend exhibits only is $90.00. There is no charge to attend the exhibits if you select one of the CONFERENCE PACKAGES.

How do I register?
You can register directly on-line, or download the registration form, print and fill it out and then follow the faxing/mailing instructions on the form. (Note: Attendee registration will begin in Summer, 2008)
Can anyone attend the Expo?
HBA Global Expo is a professional trade event.
Persons under the age of 18 may not register, and will not be permitted to enter.
Can anyone attend the keynote session?
All registered exhibitors and attendees can attend the keynote, which will be held Tuesday, September 9 in the Special Events Hall beginning at 9:00AM.
How late can I register and still have my badge mailed to me?
Registrations received by August 19 will be processed and badges mailed to you in advance. Attendees who register after August 19 must pick up their badge at the Pre-Registered Attendee counter.
How do I make a change to my badge?

If I don't receive my badge in the mail, where do I pick up my badge at HBA?
If you register before August 31, but do not receive your badge in the mail, please come to the "Pre-Registered" Attendee counter at HBA to pick up your badge. Bring personal and business ID when picking up your badge.
I missed the advance registration deadline; can I register on-site?
Yes, the on-site registration fee is $90 for exhibitors only.
How do I find out who is exhibiting?
Click on the Exhibitor Info section of this website to view a complete listing of all HBA 2008 exhibitors.
Can I make appointments with exhibitors before the show floor opens?
Yes. Pre-registered attendees will have access our free business contact matching system called AccuMatch.
AccuMatch will enable registered HBA attendees and exhibitors to search for and prearrange meetings with

Are there special networking functions I can attend?
The 7th Annual HBA Industry Awards Dinner will be held on Tuesday, September 9th, 2008 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. Cocktails begin at 5:30pm, followed by the dinner and awards presentations. Additional networking opportunities will be posted online and/or emailed closer to the event.
How do I purchase tickets for the HBA Industry Awards Dinner?

How do you determine speakers and topics?
The HBA Global Expo program is developed with our Education department. We also access information from our editorial staff and review survey data from conference attendees. In addition, proposals are accepted from industry experts, consultants, educators and strategists-these are then reviewed for possible inclusion.
