Exhibitor Services & Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual has been designed to assist you with ordering the services you require for your participation at HBA Global Expo. The full manual is available online for your convenience. We urge you to review the manual carefully and in its entirety, if you have not done so already.
Once again, Metropolitan Exhibition Services, Inc. our primary decorating company, and the many suppliers we have contracted with for 2008, have been carefully chosen as the most qualified to serve your needs. Questions concerning any of the services should be directed to the respective contractor listed within the online Exhibitor Management System.
Online Exhibitor Management System (EMS)
The online EMS is a restricted area for 2008 exhibitors. Authorized exhibitors can login with their access code to our EMS to enter the following:
- Directory Listing - Deadline is July 1, 2008
- Add/Edit/Delete Booth Staff Registration for booth staff to receive badges
- PDF Documents for Viewing/Printing - All the forms you need prior HBA
- Important Information - On the Jacob K Javits Convention Center, New York, NY
- Exhibitor Bulletins - Get Caught Up on the latest Exhibitor News

Securing Your Space
Securing your booth space at HBA Global Expo is just your first step in ensuring your company’s sales and marketing success in 2008! - Public Relations support and access to PR NEWSWIRE for announcing your "HBA NEWS".
- Listing on www.hbaexpo.com with hyperlink; options to add a logo and/or advertise on key pages will certainly enhance your listing!
- Participation in "AccuMatch": the powerful online portal that processes attendee/buyer demographics and channels your information to those that are specifically looking for your product, service or solution. Basically, your sales prospecting begins before the doors to the show open!
- Company Description/Product Listings in the Official Show Directory with additional opportunities to promote new products/services and solutions in the HBA’s New Products Innovations Showcase.

Important Information Prior HBA Global Expo
We recommend that you make copies of all of your orders, shipping documents and payments and bring them with you on-site. In order to take advantage of any advance pricing available to you as an exhibitor, please make sure to review the Deadlines & Checklists form in the beginning of the kit which outlines all deadlines.
